A partnership between Worcester-based manufacturer Angel Guard Products Inc. and CRC Line Inc. of Spencer has bought 120 Goddard Memorial Drive in the Airport Industrial Park in Worcester for $1.5 million.
Angel Guard, which manufactures safety and rescue products, will move to the park from its present location just off James Street and will share the building with CRC, a distributor of auto body supplies.
According to Angel Guard, city tax incentives and credits convinced the company to remain in Worcester.
William D. Kelleher IV, vice president of Worcester commercial real estate firm Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates Inc. , said the industrial park has struggled with vacancy, but has seen an increase in interest from potential tenants and landlords.
Angel Guard and CRC will renovate the Goddard Memorial Drive building before moving in.
