Michael Ermani, owner of Worcester-based Premier Investment Properties, has purchased more multi-family properties in the city, this time purchasing 10 apartment buildings for $8.5 million.Ermani purchased the properties from Pars Realty, a Holden-based firm managed by Christina Papalilo. In total, the sold properties contain 49 apartment units, said Jimmy Kalogeropoulos, broker owner of Worcester-based RE/MAX Partners, who represented Papalilo in the sale.Papalilo previously sold a 116-unit elderly housing development in Southbridge in November 2024 for $12.76 million. Ermani has been expanding his Worcester multi-family portfolio since at least 2021, often focusing on properties in need of upgrades and renovations.
