The apartment building at 145 Orient St. in Worcester has sold for $525,000.
The six-unit building was bought by Steve Wilder of Worcester. The seller was Robert Awad, also of Worcester, according to commercial real estate broker Glickman Kovago & Co.
Glickman represented Awad in the transaction. Boylston-based Duca Real Estate represented Wilder.
