From brokers, to union advocates, to those in the construction space, those represented in the real estate category of WBJ’s Power 100 play a key role in shaping the landscape of the region.

In addition to the 14 professionals featured under the real estate section, other members of the 2026 Power 100 have an impact on the sector.
This includes Samantha McDonald and Joshua Lee Smith, partners at Worcester-based Bowditch & Dewey, Mark Borenstein, partner & co-chair of real estate at Prince Lobel Tye’s Worcester office, and Todd Brodeur, president of Worcester-based Fletcher Tilton; all are land-use attorneys who play a key role in receiving permits for development projects.
