Virtusa adds director

IT services firm Virtusa Corp.in Westboro has appointed Rowland Moriarty to its board of directors. The addition of Moriarty brings the total number of directors at the privately-held company to eight. Moriarty is the chairman of Charles River Associated Int., chairman of the board at Wright Express Corp., and a director at both Trammel Crow Co. and Staples Inc. in Framingham. Staples was among the companies looked at in the WBJ’s July 24 cover story on corporate governance.
