Vion shareholders meet tomorrow

 Stockholders of New Haven-based Vion Pharmaceuticals vote tomorrow on whether to double the amount of the company’s common stock from 150,000 to 300,000 shares. The annual meeting is set for 10 a.m. at The Stamford Marriott Hotel. The company plans to make slides available on its Web site from a presentation by CEO Alan Kessman.
