Unitil Corp., the New Hampshire-based utility that covers parts of North Central Massachusetts, has re-elected Michael J. Dalton, Edward F. Godfry and Eben S. Moulton to its board of directors.
All three will serve for three-year terms.
Shareholders also ratified Caturano and Co. PC as independent public accountants for 2010.
