The Training Associates, a Westborough-based IT and business training firm, has promoted its co-founder to company president.
Maria Melfa is taking over the company presidency from her father, Vic Melfa. The two started the company in 1994. Vic Melfa will remain with the company as CEO and will oversee the company’s long-range financial planning, the company said.
Before becoming president, Maria Melfa was the Training Associates’ vice president and general manager, a position she held since the company’s founding.
The company said it expects revenue of more than $25 million in 2007.
