TJX Cos. Inc. , the Framingham-based discount retailer, reported February sales of $1.3 billion, a 6 percent increase over sales in February 2007.
The company said same-store sales increased 3 percent over the previous year. Same-store sales were in line with expectations despite “unfavorable weather patterns in parts of the U.S.,” according to the company.
TJX operates TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Bob’s Stores and other retailers across the U.S. and Canada.
