New Jersey insurance agents ranked The Hartford Financial Services Group as their favorite insurer in a survey conducted by the Professional Insurance Agents of New Jersey, a trade group for agents. There are 38 insurers who write property and casualty insurance products in the Garden State. The rankings looked at a variety of factors, including pricing, range of products, treatment of agents and claims and marketing support. In a similar survey in New Hampshire, The Hartford ranked among the top five.
