The Bra Shop inks five-year Downtown Worcester lease

The Bra Shop is staying in Downtown Worcester after signing a five-year lease extension for its location at 303 Main St.

The business originally opened as The O Shop on Richmond Avenue in 2021 before moving to the Central Exchange Building at 303 Main St. in November. The move doubled the store’s square footage, allowing for expanded product offerings, the retailer announced Monday.

The retail store is owned by Stephanie Ramey, vice president of special projects at Beverly-based Rucker Investments and co-founder of Rucker’s Auxilium Worcester startup hub. Ramey is the former president of the Worcester Railers Hockey Club and a former executive director of Discover Central Mass.

The success of the Main Street store has Ramey considering a second location.

“We’ve been incredibly pleased with our first six months on Main Street,” she said in the Monday announcement.
