Milford loss prevention company LP Innovations has sold is Securex division to Sweden’s Securitas Systems US Inc., the company announced today.
Securitas will now be the exclusive U.S. distributor of Securex retail alarm and monitoring services, the companies said. Specific financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
