Staffing agency Connexion Systems and Engineering in Sudbury has acquired Cambridge-based Randolph Associates, which will allow Connexion to expand on Randolph’s ability to place candidates with security clearances.
Focused on engineering and technical staffing, Focused on engineering and technical staffing, Connexion will scale up Randolph Associates’ ability to link professionals with opportunities in defense tech, aerospace, and government contracting roles the firm announced Friday.
Randolph Associates will now operate as Randolph Associates, a Connexion Company. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Randolph was founded in 1984 and focused on staffing for engineering, IT, communications and professional roles.
Founded in 1999 by Dan Cushing and Ken DiMaggio, Connexion has additional offices in Quincy and Providence. The company acquires talent for full-time and temporary positions in engineering and technical roles. Its managed services solutions can directly handle the hiring and management of an organization’s temporary employees.
