State revenue collections in November were down 4 percent compared to last year, according to the Massachusetts Department of Revenue.
Collection for the month totaled $1.3 billion, year-to-date, however, collections are up $356 million to $7.8 billion.
Sales tax collections were up in November by $3 million to $404 million.
Business and corporate tax collections were down $30 million to $58 million, a 34 percent drop compared to last year.
