NASCO, a national claims processing service for BlueCross and BlueShield health insurance plans, achieved a 38 percent improvement in its performance management processes thanks to Wayland-based Softscape management software.
Softscape helped NASCO transition from a paper-based review system to an integrated, digital platform that provided a consistent process for evaluating, managing and rewarding employee performance, the company said today.
