Siemens VAI, which acquired Morgan Construction of Worcester in 2008, has signed a contract to build a third steel mill in China.
Commissioning of the new mill, which will allow Tianjim Metallurgy Group to make high-end rod products with thermomechanical rolling, will begin around the end of 2011.
The project will use technology developed by Morgan.
