Employees of the U.S. Small Business Administration are more satisfied with their jobs this year than in previous years, according to the agency’s annual employee survey.
The categories showing the most overall improvement in employee satisfaction year-to-year were senior leadership, skills development and internal communications.
On more than 75 percent of the questions asked, employees gave the agency its highest scores since the federal government began surveying its employees in 2002.
The survey included 37 questions and was conducted by the federal Office of Personnel Management. The survey was completed by 85 percent of SBA employees.
