Worcester-based Chacharone Properties has purchased two office buildings in Washington Square for $1.89 million from Texas-based Tenet Healthcare, the parent company of Saint Vincent Medical Group.
The deal for the adjacent buildings closed Wednesday, according to the Worcester District Registry of Deeds. Saint Vincent signage has been removed from 20 Washington Square, which had been used for administrative offices.
The property includes a four-story building at 20 Washington Square and a three-story building at 10 Washington Square. The structures sit on a one-acre parcel and total about 40,000 square feet, according to a property listing.
The listing brokers for the sale were Rob Robledo, Josh Kulak, and Zack Mittelstadt of CBRE, a Texas-based firm with a Boston office.
Chacharone Properties built the new Worcester headquarters for Table Talk Pies, later selling the building in October 2024 for $50 million. The firm’s portfolio includes a two-story office building at 50 Bearfoot Road in Northborough, which it purchased for $8.4 million in July.
The site of 20 Washington Square and 10 Washington Square received a 2026 assessment value of $4.43 million, according to City of Worcester property records.
