Future Goals
1. Expanding the Depth of the Care We Provide – By staying grounded in compassion and evidence-based practices, we’re committed to delivering high-quality services that respond to the growing needs of those we serve.
2. Strengthening Our Culture – We will deepen our focus on fostering a supportive, inclusive work environment where all team members feel a strong sense of connection and purpose.
3. Prioritizing Belonging – We will explore and implement new ways to ensure staff feel seen, valued, and engaged across all parts of the organization.
4. Investing in Infrastructure – We will prioritize investing in the systems, spaces, and support functions that create a strong foundation for our future work.
5. Measuring Our Impact – We are developing more robust methods for evaluating our programs to ensure we’re meeting our mission in meaningful and measurable ways.
6. Strengthening Our Visibility and Reach – Following our recent merger and name change, we’re working to make sure more people know where to turn for support – and how to stand with us in providing it.
Fundraising Opportunities
Winter Wish Holiday Giving Drive (Oct-Nov 2025) ensures every person in our care feels seen and celebrated during the holidays. Gifts and company partnerships help create joyful, meaningful celebrations.
Embracing the Legacy (March 2026) is RFK Community Alliance’s signature fundraising event in Boston. This powerful evening celebrates the people we serve, and honors extraordinary individuals who, like our namesake, the late Senator Robert F. Kennedy, champion social justice and dignity for all.
Rodman Ride for Kids (May 2026) to benefit RFK Community Alliance offers in-person, virtual, and kids’ ride options—all supporting the children and families in our programs. Whether you cycle, walk, bake, or play, every action helps.
Fairway for Kids (June 2026) is our annual golf tournament at the Myopia Hunt Club, where supporters come together for a day of golf and giving to benefit those we serve. Sponsorships with or without golfing are available.
Giving Opportunities
“The purpose of life is to contribute in some way to making things better.”
– Robert F. Kennedy (1925-1968)
When you donate to RFK Community Alliance, you’re helping over 2,000 children, adults, and families each year to be connected, capable, and healthy as they navigate truly complex challenges. Whether you give to where the need is greatest or support a program close to your heart, your gift truly changes lives.
Thanks to past donations, we’ve been able to expand considerably in recent years. This year, we’re focusing on strengthening what works, improving what can be better, and building a stronger foundation from within. That means making services smoother, supporting our staff better, and creating a more positive experience for everyone we serve.
Our key funding priorities this year are:
• Building stronger programs
• Improving client care and results
• Supporting staff well-being
• Closing gaps that affect the services we provide
• Enhancing participant experiences through capital improvements
Your support makes all this possible.
