Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., which has operations in Milford and Franklin, said its revenues grew 13 percent in its most recent fiscal quarter to a record $2.97 billion.
The Waltham-based medical device manufacturer and service provider also said its earnings per share grew 23 percent to $1.07.
During the quarter, which ended Oct. 1, Thermo Fisher spent $225 million to buy back 4 million shares of company stock. The company also completed its acquisition of Sweden-based Phadia, which added allergy and autoimmunity diagnostic tests to its offerings.
