Software manufacturer ViryaNet of Westborough reported a 4 percent increase in revenue for the third quarter and a whopping 147 percent jump in profits.
ViryaNet, which makes mobile workforce management software, reported revenue of $2.9 million for the quarter, due in part to a 123 percent jump in software licensing revenue. The profit for the quarter – $373,000 – rose nearly one and a half times the profit the company reported in the same quarter last year.
