The Worcester Regional Research Bureau has promoted Stephen D. Eide to senior research associate.
Eide joined the research bureau in July 2008. In 2009, he wrote The Research Bureau report “Public Employee Pensions: Is It Time to Retire the System?”
In his new position, Eide will research and write reports on public policy issues in Worcester and the surrounding region.
Eide has a bachelor’s degree from St. John’s College in Santa Fe, N.M., and a Ph.D. in political philosophy from Boston College.
