Pharmacy college mints acting provost

The Massachusetts College of Pharmacy, which has a campus in downtown Worcester, named Michelle M. Kalis its acting provost and vice president of academic affairs.

Kalis most recently served as the school’s associate provost of academic affairs and associate provost for health sciences education. She was made a full professor July 1.

According to the school, Kalis’ fields of expertise include cardiovascular pharmacology and pharmacy education.

In addition to Worcester, the school has campuses in Boston and Manchester, N.H.
