Radio Oil of Worcester has leased 4,000 square feet of storage space at 54 Rockdale St. from Vellumoid Inc.
The 90,000-square-foot building is near Route 12 and Interstate-190 and portions of it are still available. Radio Oil is a fuel and lubricant supplier. Vellumoid is a manufacturer of die-cut gaskets and other products for the automotive industry.
The lease was brokered by Worcester commercial real estate broker Glickman Kovago & Co.
