Delivering functional, flexible, and fully supported workplace environments
Creating a workplace isn’t just about furniture—it’s about how people work, collaborate, and feel in a space every day. At Workplace Resource, that’s exactly what we design for: environments that not only look intentional, but function seamlessly for the people who use them.
Based in Worcester at 162 Prescott Street, Workplace Resource provides full-service office furniture solutions for businesses, healthcare organizations, educational institutions, and teams of all sizes. From initial space planning and design to product selection, delivery, and installation, we manage every step in-house. An experienced team of designers and a project manager ensures a smooth, efficient process from start to finish.
In a world where so much is automated, Workplace Resource brings a personal touch. Real people, solving real problems—guiding clients through decisions, troubleshooting challenges, and delivering solutions that work in practice, not just on paper. That level of hands-on support is what sets the experience apart and builds long-term relationships with clients.
A Hands-On Approach to Designing Workplaces That Work
Every project begins with a clear understanding of how a space needs to function. Whether building out a new office, renovating an existing footprint, or adapting to evolving workplace expectations, the team takes a consultative approach—aligning layout, workflow, and budget to create environments that enhance productivity, support collaboration, and allow for flexibility as organizations grow.
Founded in 1999 by Claudia Russo, the company was built on a service-first mindset that continues to guide its work today. That foundation is reflected in every client engagement—focused, collaborative, and tailored to each organization’s goals and day-to-day operations.
Through partnerships with leading manufacturers like Teknion—a family-owned company and one of the premier office furniture manufacturers in the world—clients gain access to high-quality, modern, and sustainable solutions. Combined with Workplace Resource’s hands-on service, the result is a fully supported experience from concept to completion.
Recent work reflects both the scale and intentionality of that approach. Workplace Resource supported Fallon Health in its relocation to the Mercantile Building, furnishing two full floors with extensive Teknion wall systems, more than 200 workstations, and a mix of private and executive offices. The project required careful coordination across teams and alignment with Fallon’s commitment to partnering with diverse vendors, an approach that closely aligns with Workplace Resource’s own identity as a woman-owned business.
Beyond projects, the company is deeply committed to the local community. Workplace Resource recently donated Teknion furniture to the Worcester Creative Hub, supporting its opening and helping bring a vibrant, collaborative space to life. It’s one example of their ongoing commitment to giving back and building up Worcester.
From growing companies to established organizations, Workplace Resource simplifies a complex process—delivering spaces that perform from day one and continue to support the people within them over time.
