Glickman Kovago & Company of Worcester negotiated a lease agreement for a new tenant at One Zottoli Road in Holden.
The deal calls for a new bakeshop, Simply Homemade Pizzelles, to lease 1,000 square-feet of space from GP Development Trust. The new tenant will specialize in baking Italian cookies.
