Marlborough-based Workscape, an outsourcer of employee benefits and compensation services, made a seven-year employee its new vice president and CIO.
Bill Bergen has been with the company since 2000, and helped build Workscape’s technology platform. He joined the company as director of information technology and customer support.
Workscape is a “software as a service” company and uses software to manage employee benefits and compensation for companies with more than 2,000 employees.
