Natick-based investor Warren Cross has purchased a property with a two-story office building for $5.88 million.
Cross purchased the property at 11 Huron Drive featuring 30,000 square feet of office space, adding to his commercial and industrial portfolio in Natick and Needham, according to a Tuesday announcement from Framingham-based realtor New Dover Associates.
Tenants in the building include Allurion Technologies and Little Sprouts Early Education & Child Care, according to Google Maps listings.
Cross purchased other Natick office buildings in 2021 and 2023.
Warren Cross is the founder, president, and CEO of cleaning and property management firm Cross Services Group in Natick and founded Cross Courts Squash and Fitness Center in Natick.
The site was purchased from Legacy Huron, a Wakefield-based entity managed by Michael Price and Robert Bowen. Legacy had purchased the property in 2010 for $3.5 million.
Scott Hughes, president of New Dover Associates, represented the seller and procured the buyer.
The 1.8-acre property received a 2026 assessment of $5.52 million, according to Town of Natick property records.
