Three new members have been named to the board of directors of the Framingham-based Association of Developmental Disabilities Providers: PETER EVERS, president and CEO of BAMSI, a Brockton-based services provider for those with developmental disabilities and mental and behavioral health difficulties; KIM MCELHOLM, president and CEO of Cape Abilities, a Hyannis-based education, counseling, and services provider for individuals with disabilities; and SHARON SMITH, CEO of WORK Inc., a Dorchester-based nonprofit providing supports and services to people with disabilities.
JAMES BRADBURY has been hired by Mirick as a partner at the Worcester-based law firm’s personal injury litigation group. Bradbury’s practice focuses on personal injury litigation as he supports Mirick in representing individuals and their families in cases pertaining to wrongful deaths and catastrophic injuries. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Portsmouth in England and his law degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston.
Fidelity Bank in Leominster has named THOMAS GALVANI as its new director of community banking. Galvani will use his more than two decades of retail banking experience to manage the strategic leadership of Fidelity’s 13 banking centers through building community ties and boosting client experience. He graduated from Westfield State University with his bachelor’s degree in business administration.
Advantage Truck Group has promoted three employees to executive vice president roles at the Shrewsbury-based Daimler Truck North America dealer. CHRISTOPHER MARSH has been promoted to the role of executive vice president of network truck sales, in which he will oversee strategy and management of sales operations throughout ATG’s eight locations. CHRISTOPHER PENTEDEMOS has been promoted to executive vice president of network service operations, a role in which he will oversee management, operational efficiency, and customer experience at ATG service departments. MICHAEL RAMIAN has been promoted to executive vice president of parts operations, a role in which he will manage all aspects of the company’s parts operations.
ERA Key Realty Services has hired BRIANA BUFFONE as a realtor at the company’s Auburn office. Previously an elementary school teacher and instructional coach at Worcester Public Schools, Buffone is a published author, freelance editor, and part-time operations manager at Buffone Plumbing & Heating in Millbury. She graduated from Worcester State University with her bachelor’s and master's degrees.
BRYAN ROSSANO, ASAL PAZOOKI, and MARIA VERJES have all assumed new positions at Worcester-based Notre Dame Health Care’s Long Term Care and Rehabilitation Center. Rossano has been hired as vice president of healthcare services. Previously, he worked as an administrator at rehabilitation and nursing facilities and as regional director of 10 senior living and assisted living communities in both Massachusetts and New York. Pazooki has been promoted to director of nursing. She has worked for Notre Dame for nearly a decade, having most recently served as minimum data set coordinator. Verjes has been hired as accounts receivable manager, a role in which she will oversee resident billing services.
Savers Bank has hired BRETT LOVETT as the Southbridge-based institution’s new business banking officer. At Savers, Lovett will work to develop new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and bolster growth throughout the bank's service area. He most recently managed bank operations at Jewett City Savings Bank’s Putnam, Connecticut, branch as AVP branch manager.
