Deb KrikorianDEB KRIKORIAN, chief financial officer of Northbridge-based Riverdale Mills, has received a 2026 STEP Ahead Award from the Manufacturing Institute and National Association of Manufacturers. The national award recognizes leadership in the manufacturing industry. Krikorian will be honored at the STEP Ahead Awards Gala in Washington, D.C.
Nicole Rendon
The Worcester Housing Authority has promoted NICOLE RENDON to vice president of family services and SHAUN FLYNN to assistant vice president of field operations. Rendon joined the organization in 2022 and previously served as assistant vice president of family services. Flynn joined the organization in 1997 and previously served as a maintenance supervisor.
Jo-Ann BussiereJO-ANN BUSSIERE has been promoted to vice president and branch officer at Oxford-based bankHometown’s Oxford office. Bussiere joined the bank in 2016 as branch manager of its Lancaster office before transitioning to Oxford in 2019. She serves on the Webster Dudley Oxford Chamber Event Committee and is a Dollar Scholars mentor through the United Way Women’s Initiative.

Whitinsville-based UniBank announced several leadership promotions at its annual meeting. Promotions to senior vice president included CINDY GLEASON, STACEY JOHNSON, and MATT WALLY. Promotions to vice president included KEITH LIPPERT, DORI ASLLANI, and SHANNEN GRAY. Assistant vice president promotions included MEREDITH COREY and ANDREW FOLEY. Officer promotions included VINNY MAZZARELLA, MISTY CAIOLA-CROAK, WILL DENNIS, CAITLYN FREEMAN, and MAUREEN CREHAN.
Dr. Prerna Moorjani
Worcester nonprofit Open Sky Community Services has appointed DR. SARAH LANGENFELD and DR. PRERNA MOORJANI as medical directors. Langenfeld, a Worcester resident, has practiced part-time at Open Sky’s Program of Assertive Community Treatment for the last four years and earned her bachelor’s degree from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine, and doctor of medicine degree from Worcester-based UMass Chan Medical School. Moorjani, of Shrewsbury, most recently served as a child and adolescent psychiatrist at a Central Massachusetts community-based provider. She earned her bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Rutgers University in New Jersey, and doctor of osteopathic medicine degree from New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Koren BakkegardKOREN BAKKEGARD has been named vice president for student development and dean of students at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester. Bakkegard most recently served as associate vice president for campus life and dean of students at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina Asheville, master’s degree from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and completed doctoral coursework at the University of Rochester in New York.
Keith MaczkiewiczKEITH MACZKIEWICZ has been promoted to vice president for mission and chief mission officer at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester. Maczkiewicz previously served as associate vice president for mission and ministry. He previously held leadership and ministry roles at Fairfield University in Connecticut; Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.; the College of the Holy Cross; and the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania.
Lesly MurrayLESLY MURRAY has joined Auburn-based Webster Five as director of treasury management. Murray most recently served as senior vice president and director of business banking services at Leominster-based Fidelity Cooperative Bank. She earned her bachelor’s degree in finance from Bentley University in Waltham and MBA in finance from Babson College in Wellesley.
Yasmine OuweijanYASMINE OUWEIJAN has been promoted to vice president, branch and IRA administrator at Framingham-based MutualOne Bank. Ouweijan has been with the bank since 1999 and previously served as assistant vice president and branch manager. She earned a degree in French literature from Lebanese University and is a graduate of the Massachusetts Bankers Association Leadership Program.
Linnea Miley
Clinton Savings Bank has promoted LINNEA MILEY to senior vice president of credit administration, KEN OUELLETTE to senior vice president and IT officer, and MARIANNE KEENAN to senior credit analyst and officer. Miley has been with the bank since 2005, Ouellette joined in 2022, and Keenan joined in 2024.
