Nativity School of Worcester has hired DONNA STOCK as the middle school’s vice president of advancement. Stock comes to the Worcester school having most recently served in the same role at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. She is a graduate of Colby College in Maine.
JOE BRYNEJOE BYRNE has been appointed to Fitchburg State University’s board of trustees. Byrne previously served for 22 years in the U.S. Army, earning a Purple Heart, and he is the retired president and CEO of his Fitchburg-based insurance company, Byrne Insurance Agency. Byrne, a 2014 alumnus, earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Fitchburg State.

Abby’s House has named PAULA SASSO chair of the Worcester nonprofit’s board of directors. An Abby’s House volunteer for decades, Sasso began volunteering with the organization when she was a 19-year-old college student. In 2025, she was named the recipient of Abby’s House’s Annette Rafferty Award, an award recognizing her commitment to the nonprofit, named after its founder.
HEATHER CROOKHEATHER CROOK has been hired as the director of accounting & finance for DiPrete Engineering, which has an office in Milford. With more than 15 years of corporate finance experience, Crook previously served as finance manager at Amazon Web Service, headquartered in Seattle. She graduated from Northeastern University in Boston with her bachelor of science degree in finance and bachelor of arts degree in political science and government.
MICHELLE CLEMENTMICHELLE CLEMENT has been promoted to vice president, treasury management sales officer of Rockland Trust, an institution with locations throughout Central Massachusetts. Clement most recently served as Rockland’s vice president, branch manager. In her new role, she will build client relationships to provide solutions and consulting services for them to meet their goals. Clement previously served as assistant vice president, branch manager for Santander Bank, which has its U.S. headquarters in Boston.
LIZ MASONLIZ MASON has been promoted to director of preconstruction at Green Leaf Construction in Leominster. In her new role, Mason will manage the company’s preconstruction activities, including budgeting, design coordination, and pricing. Mason came to Green Leaf Construction in 2014 as director of client services.
Country Bank has named TED NOONAN as chairman of the Ware-based institution’s board and STEVE MUSSO as its vice chair. Noonan serves as president of Noonan Energy, based in Springfield, and Musso is the former chief operating officer of FinPro, a New Jersey-based management consulting firm. Both will provide oversight and promote the bank’s alignment with its long-term vision.
TOM KOKERNAK
AG Signs and Graphics has promoted TOM KOKERNAK to the role of account manager for health care at the Worcester-based company. In his new capacities, Kokernak will provide design and service signage for local hospitals and healthcare facilities. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Fitchburg State University.
