DAVID BURR has been promoted to assistant vice president, senior portfolio manager at MutualOne Bank, headquartered in Framingham. Burr previously served as the bank’s portfolio manager, having joined the bank in 2014. He graduated from UMass Amherst with master’s and bachelor’s degrees.

Worcester-based Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Mass & Metrowest has hired THEONA SCOLA as director of development, engagement, and events. In her new capacity, Scola will head the organization’s core fundraising and development strategies. She graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with her master’s degree.
EMILY STRALEYEMILY STRALEY has joined CDW Consultants as an associate of the Framingham-based environmental and civil engineering firm. In her new role, Straley handles design and management services for projects from their initial stages through completion.
The Whitinsville-based Blackstone Heritage Corridor has named two incoming leaders to its board. JON ROBERTS has been named the nonprofit’s incoming board chair. He serves as the executive vice president, chief digital and operations officer at Navigant Credit Union, based in Rhode Island. KEVIN RICE has been named BHC’s incoming vice chair. He works as the finance and program manager at the Blackstone Watershed Collaborative, based in Worcester and Rhode Island.

Worcester-based ERA Key Realty Services has promoted JILL JOHNSON to branch director of the firm’s Whitinsville office. Johnson has been with the ERA Key for eight years, originally joining the firm as an administrative assistant. She graduated from Quinsigamond Community College in Worcester with her associates degree in business.
JULI TRUE DOOLEYJULI TRUE DOOLEY has joined The Health Foundation of Central Massachusetts as the Worcester-based organization's new director of programs. In her new role, Dooley will manage the nonprofit’s grantmaking programs, working to promote health equity through working with partners, community members, and fellow nonprofits. She graduated from Wheaton College in Norton with her bachelor’s degree and from Babson College in Wellesley with her master’s degree.
DEB KRIKORIANDEB KRIKORIAN, CFO of Riverdale Mills in Northbridge, has received a 2026 STEP Ahead Award from The Manufacturing Institute, a nonprofit based in Washington, D.C. The organization's STEP Ahead Award honors women and allies in manufacturing working to make a difference at their companies.
Worcester-based Notre Dame Health Care has named two new directors and one new manager. RAFAEL JALLES has been promoted to the center’s director of the nonprofit’s community care service line. She most recently worked as the staffing supervisor for Notre Dame’s health center, the Long Term Care and Rehabilitation Center. AMY MARTIN has been hired as the director of admissions and marketing for the health center. Martin will work to build relationships with residents and their families and act as a stakeholder in bolstering Notre Dame’s community partnerships with hospitals, case management teams, social workers, and agencies. TARA JOSLIN-MURPHY has joined Notre Dame as the new health center’s new nurse unit manager for its Amiens Village/West Unit. Joslin-Murphy will manage the unit’s nursing care and functions.
