Milford-based residential real estate brokerage Lioce Properties Group has merged with Waltham’s Lamacchia Realty.
Founded by the husband-and-wife team of Josh and Julie Lioce in 2003, Lioce Properties Group will bring one staff member and 10 agents to Lamacchia, deepening its reach in the south MetroWest and Worcester County markets, the company announced in March.
The merger allows Lioce to combine its local presence with the resources of a larger firm like Lamacchia, which operates across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Maine, and Florida.

Operating under the Lamacchia name, the combined companies will continue to operate a Milford office. Financial terms of the merger were not disclosed.Â
With the merger, Lamacchia has more than 750 agents across 27 offices, with $3.32 billion in sales volume during 2025.
The merger comes as the Central Massachusetts single-family home market has been off to a slow start in 2026. Worcester County recorded 390 single-family home sales in April, down 15.2% from 460 in April 2025.
