Marlborough-based WiFi automation company Wyebot has raised $4.81 million toward a $5.5-million goal.
Eighteen investors participated in the private offering for debt financing, according to a Friday filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Wyebot is seeking to raise an additional $690,000.
The company completed two separate debt financing rounds in 2025, including one for $2 million in June and another for $880,000 in March, according to SEC filings. Neither met their goals of $2.5 million.
Wyebot officials did not return a request for comment.
Founded in 2016, Wyebot helps businesses improve their WiFi’s performance and reduce costs through the company’s Wireless Intelligence Platform and accompanying sensors. Wyebot supports businesses in sectors including education and healthcare, according to the firm’s website.
In 2024, the company joined the Zebra PartnerConnect program, a channel partner program offered by Zebra Technologies, an Illinois-based mobile computing firm. Channel partner programs aim to produce revenue through distribution partnerships between businesses.
