Marlborough-based HR company Workscape Inc. said today that they have hired Chris O’Grady as vice president of sales, North America, for its compensation and performance solutions business unit.
O’Grady will be responsible for all sales efforts for the company’s new mid-market compensation and performance management products, as well as overseeing the existing enterprise sales and consulting teams.
Before joining Workscape, O’Grady served as senior vice president of sales and marketing at VitalSpring Technologies in McLean, Va.
