Latin American Business Expo to return to DCU Center for 11th year

More than 1,000 attendees are expected in Downtown Worcester when the Latin American Business Expo returns to the DCU Center on April 25.

The Worcester-based Latin American Business Organization will host its 11th annual expo from noon to 4 p.m. on April 25. This year’s event will feature more than 90 regional business exhibitors, networking opportunities, and a $1,000 venture pitch competition focused on small business innovation.

“This expo is more than an event, it is where businesses are seen, supported, and connected to opportunity,” Elizabeth Cruz, president of LABO, said in a Monday announcement of the event’s return. “It represents our commitment to helping entrepreneurs grow, build, and contribute to Worcester’s economy.”

A nonprofit organization and affiliate of Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce, LABO has held its expo annually since 2015. In addition to the annual expo, LABO facilitates more than 12 active programs in workshops in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

The event is free to attend. Registration details can be found here.
