New hires in the pipeline at the Alaska Department of Labor and Workforce Development will receive their training on programs developed by Northborough-based IntraLearn Software Corp .
The department decided to use IntraLearn’s Learning Mangagement System to train new hires and for enrichment courses for employees. The department can use IntraLearn to develop and manage a consistent training curriculum that employees can access from outside the main office.
