Homebuilding giant buys $6M land parcels in Hudson

Pennsylvania construction company Toll Brothers purchased three parcels of land along Chestnut Street in Hudson for $6 million on July 7, according to the Worcester Registry of Deeds.

The land, which includes a parcel on Chestnut St. and lots 1 and 2 on Sandy Knoll Drive, was sold by Pak, LLC. That corporation is registered to the address of E.H. Perkins Construction, Inc., a Hudson-based paving company. 

Pak, LLC. purchased the Sandy Knoll Dr. lots in 2019 for $666,666. 

Toll Brothers is the 8th largest homebuilder in the country, with $6.9 billion in revenues in 2020, according to Builder Online.
