Electrical Wholesalers of Hartford, CT, will lease 15,400 sq. ft. of space at 333 Shrewsbury St. in Worcester. James Glickman of Worcester-based Glickman Kovago & Company represented the lessor, Oxford Realty Trust.
The Connecticut company is a wholesaler of eletrical supplies, and chose the location for its access and visibility.
Glickman, Peter Kovago and Jeff Borus also represented the owner in the sale of a 40,100 sq. ft. industrial facility in Oxford for $1,825,000. The new owners will use the site for manufacturing.
