Policyholders of Worcester-based Hanover Insurance Group Inc. are being offered free access to identity theft resolution as part of the company’s identity theft coverage plan.
Hanover’s identity theft plan offers up to $25,000 of coverage to pay for resolution expenses incurred as the result of identity fraud. The new free service offers a personal advocate who will work with fraud victims from start to finish of identity restoration, the company said.
