The Hanover Insurance Group Inc. of Worcester is now offering coverage for medical diagnostic equipment for doctors’ offices, hospitals and other medical facilities.
The coverage includes both small items and expensive equipment like MRIs. It can be purchased alone or in combination with a package that covers medical offices.
The company said it is marketing the new product to hospitals, imaging centers and assisted living facilities, as well as general practice and specialty medical offices.
