Groton-based precision gear manufacturer Insco has raised $1.29 million.
The private raise occurred April 1 and involved 10 investors, according to a Thursday filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Founded in 1952, Insco manufactures precision gears designed to improve machine efficiency and reduce noise. The company operates a 65,000-square-foot facility producing products including hobs, grinding wheels and spur gears.
