Grant Thornton, a Chicago-based accounting firm with offices across the country, has “entered into exclusive negotiations” with Westborough-based CPA firm CCR.
In an email statement, Scott Levy, managing partner of Grant Thornton’s Boston office, said a resolution to the talks is expected by the end of the year.
In addition to its Westborough headquarters, CCR has offices in Boston, Rhode Island, Connecticut and Florida.
