Future Goals

1. Rebuild & Reimagine Our Campus for Innovation

Girls Inc. of Worcester is investing in capital improvements that foster innovation, including a state-of-the-art Teaching Kitchen and redesigned classrooms to support hands-on STEM, arts, and wellness programming. These spaces will serve as incubators for creativity, confidence, and career readiness at the earliest ages starting at 5 years old.

2. Expand Career Exploration Through Internships & Apprenticeships

We aim to ensure every teen participant has access to high-quality, real-world work experiences through expanded internships, apprenticeships, and partnerships with local businesses, colleges, and industry leaders.

3. Extend Our Impact Through College-Age Programming

We are growing beyond high school to support girls through college and early career stages—offering mentorship, networking, and workforce development that sustains long-term success.

4. Integrate Wellness & Behavioral Health Across All Programs

From kindergarten to college-age, we’re embedding trauma-informed care, social-emotional learning, and wellness supports across all programs—ensuring each girl has the tools to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

5. Create an Equitable Pipeline for Future Leaders

Our vision is to close opportunity gaps by building a pipeline of bold, prepared, and empowered young women ready to lead. Through capital investments and community partnerships, we’re ensuring every girl has access to spaces and experiences that build her future.

6. Strengthen Our Model While Keeping Programs Affordable

We are actively diversifying our nonprofit revenue streams to ensure long-term sustainability while continuing to provide low-cost, high-impact programs that are accessible to families of all income levels—because every girl deserves the opportunity to succeed, regardless of her circumstances.
