Gas Prices Drop Another 4 Cents

Gasoline prices in Massachusetts fell four more cents this week, and 22 cents over the past month, according to AAA Southern New England.

AAA’s latest survey of prices in Massachusetts found a gallon self-serve, regular unleaded averaging $3.62, four cents less than last week. That’s 17 cents above the national average of $3.44. A year ago, the Massachusetts average price was $3.39.

The range in prices in the latest AAA survey for unleaded regular is 42 cents, from a low of $3.45 to a high of $3.87.
