David L. McKeehan, president of the North Central Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce, has been named a fellow in the Alexandria, Va.-based American Chamber of Commerce Executives’ regionalism and sustainable development program.
The regionalism and sustainable development program was created at the chamber of commerce executives group with money from the Ford Foundation and the Heinz Foundation.
The program will result in regional action plans for specific areas.
McKeehan was one of 36 chamber executives chosen as fellows from a pool of 7,300, the group said.
