Human resources managers take note: Executives are quite comfortable looking for a new job while employed.
According to the results of a recent Accountemps survey, 75 percent of executives are either very comfortable or somewhat comfortable looking for a new job while on the clock. That’s up from 69 percent in 2002. The number of executives uncomfortable with conducting a job search while employed dropped by 7 percent.
Accountemps, a temporary employment firm focused on the accounting and financial services industry, said companies should “never stop re-recruiting” employees. A company’s top executives will always be in demand.
