The Doctor Franklin Perkins School in Lancaster recently hired Kevin Carney to serve as director of education.
Carney previously served as principal of Ashland Middle School in Ashland.
Carney has a bachelor’s degree in social and rehabilitation services and a master’s in rehabilitation counseling, both from Assumption College in Worcester.
