Dry Erase Co. Moving To Shrewsbury

Teaching aides maker Optima Inc. is moving its operations from Northborough to Shrewsbury, thanks to expansion made possible by its new line of custom printed products.

The company, which specializes in white boards and bulletin boards, currently occupies three buildings in Northborough. Its new 10,000-square-foot space in the Hills Farm Industrial Park in Shrewsbury will allow it to unite its corporate office, warehouse and manufacturing facilities.

The company was founded in 1987 and now runs several e-commerce sites selling white boards and other teaching aides. Since 2007, it has been selling custom printed dry erase boards through its graphics division.
