Worcester Family Dental, one in a chain of eight “family dental” locations, has leased 2,282 square feet of office space at 44 Front St. downtown.
The Front Street location will be the chain’s first in Worcester.
The 70,000-square-foot building is owned by Marlborough-based Rosewood Management, and now has 2,500 square feet of space available, according to Worcester commercial real estate broker Glickman Kovago & Co. , which brokered the Worcester Family Dental lease.
